"Total Gamechanger"

"I’m a firm believer in the benefits of counseling and have regularly attended therapy throughout my life. "I'm in a better place now"

"I am so thankful that my doctor recommended Mindful Health. I have had excellent customer service. All the staff are very caring and are so helpful. I really like my counselor Adrianna. She has been so patient with me. She really listens and she has given me some ways to deal with the various issues that I am going through. She is helping me get a positive outlook on life again. I also like the fact that they offer virtual sessions. I would highly recommend Mindful Health to anyone. I am going to start my daughter going there in a couple of weeks."

- Gina

"A new approach"

"I don’t know where to start because there is so much to be said about Mindful Health in Heath. Greg F and Taylor B were key players in saving my life. Without them I don’t know where I’d be. A “Thank You” isn’t enough to show how much of an impact they made in my life. Dr. Sayed, the psychiatrist, is very knowledgeable and immediately knew how to take care of me. He always has a welcoming smile too. This place and all the staff that I visited with were absolutely amazing and I recommend it to anyone who is struggling with their mental health. I went here as a last hope and it forever changed my life. Thank you Greg and Taylor. You both are amazing people with huge hearts making huge impacts in people’s lives."
